catalyst setup

edge detect is on. if frames drop too sharply, try wide tent instead. tripple buffering is on - a must.
AA is controlled by FSX

my setup

direct X10 is disabled. not a good choice to leave it on as it brings bad effects on runways like flickering lines and overlapping pavements. enabled direct X9 with FlusiFix. much better this way. Flusifix link in of of my first posts

A321

A321 Lufthansa
see the oil spill addon on top right of the pic. looks even better at big airport parking spots.

general aviation

just post and comment as you like. i know there are many sites i left out. but as i mentioned, i am giving you those i like the most and i feel comfortable using them.

as you might be interested in aviation in general:
airnation great site about real aircrafts and carriers
aviation herald news about incidents, accidents, reports

i have seen some episodes of www.pilotseye.tv check it out and order some dvds. great stuff and impressing videos right from the cockpit in different angles.

for those who dare i recommend "Mayday". really nicely done.

best of links

at first i will give you some links...most of the pages you will find by searching yourself are somehow good...i sorted those out.

for beginners to medium advanced users:
simviation good page, many resources
fs-freeware good and clean structure, nice aircraft
Rikoooo french site, small but very nice aircrafts. highly recommended
avsim you haven´t heard of it? you ARE a beginner!
www.flightsim.com my favorite of the big ones...where it all started at

for those who can fly and suddenly realize they want more:
wolfgang picheta´s FlusiFix legendary
getting extremely more fps! use it and be amazed!

many more to come...
